I'm on my desktop computer daily and one morning it simply wasn't working. I called a company, explained the problem and he said it was a virus and how much it would cost to have someone out to fix it. I knew it wasn't a virus so called Moranda Minds and fortunately Douglas Saunders was available to come out the next morning. He fixed it at a price half what the other company wanted.
